Our Return and Exchange Policy

You may return most items sold by AcornUniforms.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will gladly exchange an item if a suitable replacement is available.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the returned or exchanged item is a result of our error.

Shipping is to be paid by the customer for returns or exchanges if the correct items were shipped.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any item that has been washed.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Any customized items such as embroidered clothing.

Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be returned but not exchanged.
